PAYMENT GUIDELINES
The Registration Fee includes shuttle buses between hotels and CyI venue, Icebreaker Reception at CAARI, Conference Bag, access to all sessions, lunch and 2 coffee breaks per day, and the conference dinner.
Early bird registration is now close. Decision on abstracts will be provided on rolling basis, the earlier you submit your abstract the sooner we confirm. This will allow you to plan your travel sooner. Register at https://forms.gle/uD2Pn7kT22BPaPXdA
Please note that after the deadline we will be still accepting abstracts which will be considered if space is available. ICAS-EMME 4 offers a 15% student discount and 13% regular discount to all SAS members. In order to avail discounts, please register for the conference before 31st March 2024.
If you sign up for SAS membership now, we will consider you as a SAS member immediately and you can avail the ICAS-EMME 4 registration discount.
All registration forms submitted via Google link on or before March 31st are request to finish payments by April 12th 2024. Thereafter, the regular rates will apply.
